An early morning routine patrol by Katy Police Department officers resulted in the
capture of 21 undocumented immigrants and the recovery of two stolen Ford pickups.
On Aug. 30, police patrolling in the 24000 block of Interstate 10 eastbound observed a suspicious vehicle and another vehicle appeared to be following it, said Assistant Police Chief Tim
Tyler.
