An anonymous fax that has been making the rounds in San Jacinto County alleges that on August 24 Texas State Trooper Chris Cane was patrolling near Butch Arthur Rd when he came across Jeffrey Weiman, 19, who appeared to be driving drunk.

The fax also alleges that while Cane was taking Weiman to jail "someone called [Weiman's] mother and someone also called County Judge Fritz Faulkner and [Pct. 4 Justice of the Peace] Greg Magee to help."

According to the author of the anonymous fax, when Weiman's mother arrived at the jail, she was allegedly "talking on her cell phone and yelled out loud 'Jeffrey, don't blow. I have Judge Fritz Faulkner on the phone and he said not to blow.'"
