Mario Armando Servin-Pedraza

September 8, 2010

Charges have been filed against the man arrested in the fatal stabbing of another man at 6120 Bellaire Boulevard about 3:20 Tuesday morning.

Mario Armando Servin-Pedraza, 21, is charged with murder in the 232nd State District Court.

The victim, Hector Medina Guerrero, 36, suffered multiple stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Homicide Investigators W. Meeler and J. Selvera said an ongoing feud between Guerrero and Servin-Pedraza escalated into Servin-Pedraza stabbing Guerrero. Servin-Pedraza, who confessed to the killing, was arrested without incident.
