League City police arrested a man accused of holding a pocketknife to his ex-girlfriend's neck, then scuffling with the mother of the girl's new boyfriend.

League City Police Sgt. John Jordan said Kody Nagel, 19, is charged with a felony of aggravated assault with a knife and a Class A misdemeanor of assault causing bodily injury. Nagel is being held in the Galveston County Jail.
